Personal information is information about an identifiable individual. Depending on how you interact with us, it may include your name, email address, telephone number, mailing or billing address, photographs, videos, order information and other information that can reasonably identify you.

Personal information generally does not include business contact information used solely to communicate with an individual in connection with their employment, business or profession, where the law provides an applicable exclusion.

Where an identifiable person will be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent as required. Notice or consent may be provided through an event registration process, photography release, direct request, event signage or another appropriate method depending on the circumstances.

We will seek consent from a parent or legal guardian before intentionally using an identifiable image of a child for advertising or promotional purposes.

Withdrawal of consent will generally apply going forward and may be subject to legal, contractual or practical limitations, including materials already printed, distributed or lawfully published.

Attendance at an event will not automatically be treated as consent where express or other meaningful consent is legally required.

5. Consent

We obtain consent for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information unless consent is not required or is not appropriate under applicable law.

Consent may be express or implied depending on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the reasonable expectations of the individual and the circumstances.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawal may affect our ability to provide a requested product or service. It will not invalidate personal-information handling that lawfully occurred before consent was withdrawn.
